GORDO BANKS PANGAS

May 16, 2020

Normally during this time frame of the later part of Springtime we would see bustling tourist activity, but of course nothing has been normal at all now for the past couple of months. Without any
tourists in sight the Los Cabos area is now pleasantly receiving great weather conditions, progressively warming, though not too extreme yet, clear sunny skies,
little wind and high temperatures in the mid to upper 80’s.

Orders are allowing fishing for personal consumption only, though this is not strictly being enforced, though no charters of any tourists is allowed. With the warming weather the fishing has been
good for the limited personas venturing offshore. With ocean water temperatures now ranging from a chilly 68 degrees on the Pacific and up to 78 degrees in directions further
towards the Sea of Cortez, the more consistent action is being found from the Gordo Banks and north towards Iman Bank.

A variety of action was found, from yellowtail, amberjack, bonito, red snapper and grouper off the structure, to striped marlin, wahoo and yellowfin tuna on the surface. Bait has been limited,
though this past week there were sardinas being found near the Puerto Los Cabos Marina jetties.
On a negative note there has been illegal pouching reported from inside the protected Cabo Pulmo Preserve, apparently authorities were ignoring enforcement and pirates were taking advantage. In
addition there were juvenile roosterfish harvested in large numbers by commercial pirates that have no respect at all for exploiting these prized gamefish that are now jeopardized for future
generations.

The Coronavirus has now infected some 3,500 cases in all of Baja, with 540 deaths related. Numbers of infections are still climbing, we have not seen the peak yet. No date has been set for reopening
the Tourist Destination, on June 1 the three levels of Government will analysis containment at a National level and this will dictate when certain areas will be able to
gradually reopen any tourist activity. Now into two months of confinement, people are anxious, many thinking this is all a hoax, fake news, not taking things serious.

This pandemic has created great problems, there is now an unprecedented economic crisis due to over 80% of the local population reliant on International tourists for their livelihood. The next 15
days will be critical not to relax restrictions, ignoring health authorities alerts of
not to leave home, practice social isolation, healthy distancing, will make risk of contagion that much greater and will only delay any reopening of the area to tourists.

School sessions have been closed for the entire semester, now gearing up to open for the fall. Grocery and convenient stores are now ordered to close by 8 p.m. People are only supposed to be outside
for basic necessities, no more than one person per vehicle is allowed, though actual enforcement of this rule has been lax enforced and they are still permitting public
transportation to operate. All public beaches are still closed.

April 25, 2020

Wanted to give an update of what is going on in Southern Baja. As we progress through this unprecedented spring season with no tourists in
sight, it is now actually starting to feel a bit like summer the last few days, daytime highs of 85 degrees, clear sunny skies with very little wind.
Baja California now has over 1300 confirmed cases and 136 deaths related to the Covid-19 Pandemic, consensus is that these figures are on the low side.

Mexico, including Baja, has now entered Phase 3 of the Pandemic, which means that we are now in the midst of highest chances of this virus
spreading to out of control proportions. All schools, beaches, Resorts, restaurants and other non-essential businesses are shut down. There are now
strict local orders to shelter in place, stay at home. Municipal, Federal and National Guard police forces will all be teaming up efforts to help
control and enforce these lock downs. As of April 25 they say anyone out on the street for unjustified reasons will be subject to a $8,000 peso fine,
jail time or forced community service.

Many locals still are not taking the situation that seriously, thinking that everything is way to over cautious and that it is still okay to
socialize with family and friends, etc… hard to convince them otherwise. Authorities are having a difficult time enforcing imposed emergency
regulations and their priorities do not always seem justified, while they confiscate surf boards and keep everyone off the beaches there are other
groups of people gathering in many other areas that show no willingness to abide to social distancing, some of this does not make any sense.

It has just been announced that sportfishing will be allowed for people just for their personal consumption, no commercial or charter activity is
authorized. These rules have been loosely regulated up to this point, but supposedly will become much stricter. As of now they have extended the
present lockdown until the end of May. Also the International airport Terminal II has been closed down, the limited flights now arriving will use
the original domestic Terminal I. They believe by July that Terminal II will be reopened, much of this will all depend on how the spread of this
virus can be brought under control and the region can begin safely allowing the flow of tourists back into the country.

Local schools are just beginning to try teaching courses through the Internet and TV, slow process that local teachers do not really have the
necessary training or technical support to do. They are thinking of reopening class rooms June 1, which many believe would not be a safe idea,
but all of this is still just in the process of being planned out.

All in all, considering, things are going okay, everyone is ready to have this situation pass and get back to their normal lives, stress levels are
high and financial crisis is evident. Who knows what the new normal will be like, people are becoming more anxious by the week.

April 5, 2020

We just wanted to give an update from Southern Baja. All tourism is shut down, hotels, restaurants, beaches, Marina activities etc. We have heard
reports of some 20 confirmed cases of COVID 19 coronavirus, though reports are limited and actual testing even more so. Local schools are shut down
until at least April 30, more likely the entire school year. Mexico is about one month behind of what the United States is dealing with as for
progression of this extremely contagious virus. Many locals are not really taking the situation seriously, as for isolation, ignoring authority’s
warnings of safe distancing, still gathering for social and family events.

Puerto Los Cabos Marina was officially closed to all activities, several days after the Port authority’s did the same in Cabo San Lucas, but
apparently in our marina they are not strictly enforcing the no fishing aspect, locals are still fishing daily, a handful of pangeros, saying they
are just fishing for food for their families, though are also making profit on the side.

As soon as our operations were shut down, just like the clock work the local fishing action improved, very good catches now for wahoo, yellowfin
tuna, some bottom action for cabrilla, amberjack and red snapper, as well as even a few dorado. Wahoo are congregated around the Iman Bank, striking
on both rigged baitfish and Rapalas. The yellowfin were found also on these same grounds, mainly hitting while drift fishing with strips of squid and
they were ranging in sizes up to 100 lb. The wahoo were averaging 25 to 50 lb.

So we are basically on home lock down, only making necessary trips for necessary provisions, gasoline prices have dropped some for the first time
in memory, but does not really matter since we are not using much of that now. Great time to catch up on home maintenance projects, vehicles, boats,
etc. More spare time than we are used to having

*GORDO BANKS PANGAS*

*March 22, 2020*

*Spring season is always a very pristine time in Los Cabos, offering nearly the perfect climate, sunny days in the low 80 degree range, this also is
normally a busy tourist period for the entire region. Though now with this world wide Pandemic Coronavirus, countries are going into lock down in
hopes that the rapid spread of this highly contagious virus can be controlled. The entire area and the sportfishing business relies on
visiting anglers to provide business and that is all going to be shut down until further notice. So our weekly reports will be canceled as well,
unless we have something important to report.*

*This past week the average ocean temperature was in the 70 to 72 degree range. With moderate north winds blowing on and off, the clarity has been
sporadic, changing from day to day. Overall the fishing action was more consistent this week, the highlight being a surprising late winter time
bite for wahoo, the key to success was live chihuil for bait, slow trolling these candy baits around the area of the Iman Bank, quality sized wahoo
were accounted for, with fish to over 50 lb. Light pressure now, as most all foreign visitors are catching flights out of the country as fast as
possible, preoccupied about becoming stranded for indefinite period of time.*

*The yellowfin tuna action was also fairly consistent, no huge numbers, a mix of sizes, including fish to over 100 lb. were accounted for. Most of
these yellowfin were hitting the strips of squid. So despite having no charters to speak of, the local fishermen will being able to go and catch
plenty of excellent food.*

*A mix of bottom action also developing, a few nice sized yellowtail were landed in recent days, also amberjack, leopard grouper, red snapper, bonito
and others. Red crabs still in the area, but not found as often drifting to the surface where they can be scooped up. A Scattering of striped marlin
were encountered on similar fishing grounds, most of these weighed under 100 lb.*

*There was not much inshore action even being targeted, though early in the week there were a few medium sized roosterfish landed, also a handful of
sierra. Still good number of whales being sighted, this is now into the late part of their migration season, these mammals will be heading north in
the coming month.*

*The combined sportfishing fleet launching out of the panga area from Puerto Los Cabos Marina sent out an estimated 55 charters for the week and
anglers reported an approximate fish count of: 6 striped marlin, 17 wahoo, 2 dorado, 68 yellowfin tuna, 3 yellowtail, 1 dogtooth snapper, 8 leopard
grouper, 26 bonito, 74 red snapper, 8 yellow snapper, 2 sierra, 4 roosterfish and 65 triggerfish.*

GORDO BANKS PANGAS

March 15, 2020

We are now feeling the effects directly related to worldwide panic due to the coronavirus health situation. Very few tourists are now traveling, many
cancellations and not many new reservations being made for the spring season. This will surely all pass, but in the meantime many businesses will
be struggling to survive.

Weather patterns have warmed back up, feels like any cold weather we endured, is all past us and we will be on a warming trend from now through
summer. Ocean water temperature is still ranging 70 to 72 degree, currents and clarity fluctuating from day to day. Winds were on and off through the
week, settling down over the weekend. The most consistent fishing action has come from the area north of Punta Gorda, Cardon, La Fortuna and Iman Bank.

Caballito are now much scarcer inside the marina area where these baitfish have been schooling throughout the winter, no sardinas at all to report,
mainly slabs of squid, also some ballyhoo. Anglers were saving black skipjack for use as chunk bait as well.

The highlight for anglers has been trying to land a couple of yellowfin tuna, most of these tuna being hooked on strips of squid, sizes ranged up
to 70 lb. Finicky fish, in recent days the lighter 40 lb. leaders worked best. No huge numbers of these tuna, some charters landed three or four
yellowfin. There was also some very hungry seas lions taking more than their fair share of hooked up fish.

Very few dorado or wahoo even being reported, extremely fortunate to find even one of these gamefish. A few more striped marlin were moving into
local waters, not every day though, some days a flurry of marlin action and others no fish found, mostly smaller sized stripers, not many over 100 lb.

On and off through the week there were red crabs found floating on the surface, especially around the Gordo Banks. Main catch when using these for
bait were smaller sized tijareta snapper, also some huachinango found as well. No yellowtail reported, though there was an occasional amberjack
hooked into over the high spots. Also a few nice leopard grouper in the mix, found off these same rocky areas, hitting on yo-yo jigs and various baits.

Not a whole lot of inshore trolling going on, lack of live bait the main reason, the roosterfish have wanted the live caballito, which are not very
numerous recently.

*T*he combined sportfishing fleet launching out of the panga area from Puerto Los Cabos Marina sent out an estimated 62 charters for the week and
anglers reported an approximate fish count of: 9 striped marlin, 1 wahoo, 1 dorado, 72 yellowfin tuna, 5 amberjack, 13 leopard grouper, 22 bonito, 150
red snapper, 18 yellow snapper, 8 spotted rose snapper, 4 sierra, 6 roosterfish, 8 Pacific tilefish, 6 porgy, 5 hogfish and 70 triggerfish.

GORDO BANKS PANGAS

March 8, 2020

*The first week of the new month saw lighter crowds of tourists arriving, as fears of traveling due to corona virus outbreak has spread alarm. We
have not hear of any cases locally but our closer monitoring the situation. Mild weather, more than usual cloud cover, no rain though, variable winds
predominately from the north, but also switching unpredictably, settling down later in the week. Water clarity a bit up and down due to conditions,
also ocean temperatures cooled into the 68 to 70 degree range.*

*Bait supplies were working harder to find available caballito, also offering squid and ballyhoo. Charter fleets have concentrated efforts from
Palmilla Point to Cardon, La Fortuna and Iman area. Still opportunities now for yellowfin tuna, best chances were near La Fortuna while drift fishing
with squid or using live caballito. On last Sunday there was a 114 lb. yellowfin tuna accounted for, as well as other fish over 70 lb., though
average yellowfin being landed was more like 20 to 30 lb. On and off bite, depending on water temperature, currents, boat pressure etc… No other areas
were producing hot action, so the majority of all the daily charters were congregating on the same grounds, creating a pressure situation. Anglers
were doing well to land a couple of these tuna.*

*Off of the various rocking high spots we were seeing increased numbers of leopard grouper, amberjack and various snapper. Though this action varied
with consistency from day to day. Anglers were using yo-yo jigs, as well as available bait. We also saw one golden phase leopard grouper, a rare
species. Amberjack averaged 10 to 20 lb. though a couple we saw were over 50 lb. Only very sporadic red crab activity reported, currents need to be
just right for these crabs to drift to the surface where they can be scooped up with nets for use as bait. There were more triggerfish than any
other bottom species, *

*Every day we are seeing a few dorado, most of them found mid-morning and near shore, averaging about 10 lb. We also saw at least a few wahoo
accounted for the week.*

*Near shore only limited action for roosterfish while trolling live bait, on most days the roosterfish were more active early in the morning. A few
sierra and jack crevalle were mixed in.*

*T*he combined sportfishing fleet launching out of the panga area from Puerto Los Cabos Marina sent out an estimated 58 charters for the week and
anglers reported an approximate fish count of: 2 striped marlin, 3 wahoo, 24 dorado, 44 yellowfin tuna, 12 yellowtail, 16 amberjack, 8 sierra, 1 dog
tooth snapper, 14 roosterfish, 10 flag cabrilla, 16 leopard grouper, 1 golden cabrilla, 12 bonito, 38 red snapper, 18 yellow snapper, 2 white
skipjack, 8 spotted rose snapper, 4 mohara, 4 porgy, 4 hogfish, 6 barred
pargo and 38 triggerfish.

GORDO BANKS PANGAS

February 23, 2020

We saw some increase in numbers of anglers arriving, even some early season spring break vacationers. This week there was a major change in weather
patterns, went from seasonal chilly low temperatures, to bright sunny warm sunshine in the 80 degree range, this is an ideal time now to visit, before
serious spring break crowds arrive. Winds diminished through the week and anglers found very nice ocean conditions on most days. Bait options
remained much the same, vendors offered caballito, ballyhoo, slabs of squid and also there were schooling sardineta, which rebounded off of the San
Jose del Cabo Hotel zone.

Ocean conditions were now much cleaner and temperature was on a warming trend, water is now ranged 72 to 74 degrees off of San Jose del Cabo and
north towards San Luis Bank. There were reports of pelagic red crabs drifting in swarms to the surface, more so early in the week, a sporadic
unpredictable event, but these small crabs always seem to attract schooling red snapper. Using these for bait over the high spots was a favorite this
time of year, these red snapper, locally named huachinango, range in sizes to over ten lb., averaging 2 to 5 lb.

With the conditions improving, so did the chances of hooking into yellowfin tuna on the grounds from the Gordo Banks to Iman and San Luis Banks.
Anglers were drift fishing with strips of squids, as well as slow trolling live caballito and were hooking into to tuna that averaged about 20 lb.,
but several to 80 lb. or more were also accounted for. No big numbers, but there was a good chance now at landing a couple of these fish.

Dorado action was more scattered, at times encountered in sizable schools and very near shore, some anglers being more fortunate to find the fish and
others never finding any. Various bait fish seemed to work best, with sizes ranging up to 15 lb. Still some roosterfish and sierra being found near
shore as well, best bite seemed to be very early, then quickly slacking off through the morning.

A couple of wahoo were reported on the grounds north of Punta Gorda, with these warming currents we should see more chances at these elusive gamefish.

Shallow water rock structure action produced yellow snapper, pompano, cabrilla, triggerfish and bonito, no big numbers of any particular species,
besides the red snapper bite while using red crabs for bait over particular deeper high spots. We are patiently waiting for the seasonal migration of
yellowtail to move in, so far nothing going on this, time of year though when things can change quickly, a lot can be dependent on ocean conditions.

Marlin bite was spread out anywhere from 3 to 10 miles from shore, in the vicinity of Gordo Banks and north toward Desteladera, though no big numbers
at this time, only a fish or two here or there, no particular hot spot.

*T*he combined sportfishing fleet launching out of the panga area from Puerto Los Cabos Marina sent out an estimated 64 charters for the week and
anglers reported an approximate fish count of: 11 striped marlin, 48 dorado, 64 yellowfin tuna, 8 sierra, 22 roosterfish, 8 cabrilla, 8 bonito,
65 red snapper, 2 pompano, 7 yellow snapper, 3 sheepshead, wahoo 2 and 24 triggerfish.

February 15, 2020

We are seeing light crowds of anglers now, many have been following weather and fishing reports patiently waiting for things to warm up
and improve the
all-around action. For the past month or so we have seen persistent winds, predominately blowing out of the north, dropping ocean water
temperatures
in to the 68 to 70 degree range. Greenish currents have been swirling throughout the region, especially closer to shore. This week we had
a
season low temperature of 47 degree midweek, daytime highs have been reaching 75 degrees, scattering cloud cover most days.

Bait vendors are offering a mix of caballito, ballyhoo and slabs of squid. The schools of baitfish offshore of San Jose del Cabo have
dispersed and
fishing action is more spread out now. Still no signs of sardinas, there were reports of these schooling baitfish seen further north, but
with the
winds it just has not worked out trying to search for this resource.

Most local charters are fishing areas from off of Red Hill and north to Iman Bank, also all along the inshore beach stretches. The first
half of
the week was particularly slow, anglers fortunate to find a couple of mostly smaller sized fish. Then later in the week the water clarity
improved north of Punta Gorda and on the Iman Bank some yellowfin tuna were finally hooked into, these fish ranged from football sized up
to 50 lb.
Striking on strips of squid, later over the weekend these tuna were preferring to strike on slow trolled live caballito, of course choppy
conditions did not make things easy. For the most part anglers did well to land one, two or three of these yellowfin. If weather does
settle this
coming week as forecasts are saying, we could get into some quality action.

Dorado were still in the area, scattered fish in smaller schools, more of these found closer to shore, than far offshore, sizes up to 15
lb. Water
temperatures now on the cool side for these migrating gamefish. Some anglers were in the right spot and caught a few nice dorado just
like that,
other anglers never even had any opportunities.

Bottom action was limited with the north winds, a mix of various snapper, pargo, bonito, triggerfish and cabrilla, most of these were
smaller sized,
but all good eating. Inshore was slow as well, a handful of sierra, a few specimens close to ten pounds, also some scattered roosterfish
action on
fish to 15 lb.

The combined sportfishing fleet launching out of the panga area from Puerto Los Cabos Marina sent out an estimated 49 charters for the
week and
anglers reported an approximate fish count of: 1 striped marlin, 41 dorado, 22 yellowfin tuna, 9 sierra, 13 roosterfish, 9 cabrilla, 5
bonito, 16 red
snapper, 8 spotted rose snapper, 12 yellow snapper, 7 porgy, 1 island jack, 1 amberjack and 22 triggerfish.

GORDO BANKS PANGAS

*February 9, 2020*

*Good number of tourists are arriving now to our Los Cabos destination, many of these visitors are anticipating enjoying warm weather. Though the winter season is now upon us, with this
continued cold trend, we felt low temperatures a chilly as 48 degrees and day time highs barely reached 70 degrees through much of the week, weekend the pattern shifted and we had slightly warmer conditions. North winds were brisk through most of the week,
finally diminishing over the
weekend. Ocean water temperature were in the 67 to 71 degree range and off colored currents were plaguing the area from off of San Jose del Cabo towards Los Frailes. Limited numbers of serious
anglers now in town, as they are following reports and realize this is not normally peak season for
much besides northern winds and peak whale migration. Even though last consistent action, was a season when we did not have such consistent winds and was not as cold overall. So much is
depending on weather conditions this time of year, we do expect to see some warmer more stable conditions in the coming weeks.*
*There continues to be bait schools concentrated off of San Jose, mainly sardineta and chihuil at this time, not many mackerel, also some limited numbers of caballito, as well as
ballyhoo and slabs of squid. No sardinas reported, would be nice to
have the option of live sardinas, but these baitfish have been scarce in our local region in recent months, hoping they move within range soon. Lots of baitfish are also reported on offshore
grounds, gamefish have more than enough natural food source. The all-around
action was slow this past week, cold conditions and off colored water being
a main factor.*
*Anglers worked hard for a handful of fish, still a chance at finding a dorado or two, but the surface action became very scattered, best bet was while slow trolling bait. Many charters
were also trying more of the options off of the bottom, though there was limited action found, a mix of
pargo, snapper, cabrilla, bonito, triggerfish, etc., no big fish, all good eating, but just no numbers at all, fortunate to land a mix of a half dozen fish.*

*Yellowfin tuna were seen breezing the surface on the Outer Gordo Banks, but were not interested in biting, on Saturday there was one 80 lb. class tuna accounted for while drift fishing with squid.*

*Billfish action was better towards Cabo San Lucas, but still scattered and hit of miss, reports were decent on the 1150 spot for striped marlin. Also more mako sharks appearing in the
cooler water. As water conditions settles we expect more offshore porpoise with tuna action will develop, it is the normal time of year for this. *

*Inshore action reported some roosterfish, sierra and shallow rock species. Though this was not a
guarantee, but we saw a couple of sierra near ten pounds, roosterfish were not so active
in the cold water, but fish 5 to 15 lb. were reported.*

*We are optimistic for a turnaround in coming days and weeks, been a tough stretch the past couple of weeks, so will be time for things to rebound some.*

*The combined sportfishing fleet launching out of the panga area from Puerto Los Cabos Marina sent out an estimated 55 charters for the week and anglers** reported an approximate fish count of:
4 striped marlin, 16 dorado, 1 yellowfin tuna, 12 sierra, 12
roosterfish, 11 cabrilla, 4 bonito, 22 red snapper, 10 yellow snapper, 4
glass eyed snapper, 6 spotted rose snapper, 7 Pacific tile fish, 2 mako
shark, 4 porgy and 26 triggerfish.*

*February 2, 2020*

*This past week we felt an overall cooling trend, scattered cloud cover, variable winds, strong at times, predominately out of the north, high
temperatures reaching into the lower 70s. We are in the midst of winter season now, so these cooler conditions are not unusual, we expect similar
weather through the month of February, which is always known to be full of unpredictable patterns. Local resorts are now seeing large crowds of
tourists, though not a high percentage of them are serious anglers. This is a common scenario, as this time frame is not the peak season for most of
the highly sought after game fish.*

*The all-around fishing action slowed this past week, with cooler and gusty ocean conditions being the major factor. Best action out of San Jose del
Cabo seemed to be straight out front, from Palmilla to the Hotel Zone and north towards Punta Gorda. The grounds to the north, where fleets do
regular concentrate their efforts, have been turned over with greener cooler currents, better looking water and more schooling baitfish are
presently right off of the Marina entrance. Ocean is now in the 70 to 71 degree range through most of the region, the coolest currents are near
Los Frailes and are pushing further south every week.*

*Off of San Jose del Cabo there continued to be sizable schools of mackerel and sardineta reported, also more black
skipjack moving in on these same grounds. Bait vendors have limited supplies of caballito, ballyhoo and slabs of squid. *

*The yellowfin tuna action stalled out through the week, also dorado became scarcer with each passing day. Early in the week a few wahoo were reported,
also more dorado, but as week progressed with not so ideal conditions, ocean temperatures cooled and surface action slowed way down. Billfish was
very slow as well, some days the striped marlin would be more active, but the very next day they could not be
found, again more consistent early in the week.*

*Not much going close to shore, a handful of sierra, a few roosterfish, though the cooler off colored current slowed that action way down. There
had been mid-morning frigate bird activity followed, with feeding dorado found close to shore, but that action faded, we hope that as weather
settles and we see a slight warming trend, that action will improve.*

*Currents were swift, but there was a mix of bottom fish being found, not large fish, but a few quality leopard
grouper to 15 lb., yellow snapper, with other pargo and cabrilla species.*

*The weather patterns in the coming weeks will be a factor as for how the fishing action shapes up.*

*The combined sportfishing fleet launching out of the panga area from Puerto Los Cabos Marina sent out an
estimated 58 charters for the week and anglers reported an approximate fish
count of: 10 striped marlin, 29 dorado, 1 yellowfin tuna, 6 wahoo, 32 sierra, 8 roosterfish, 13 cabrilla, 9 bonito, 32 red snapper, 12 yellow
snapper, 4 barred pargo, 1 halibut, 1 yellowtail, 2 amberjack and 26 triggerfish.*
